- Assistant Preschool Teacher
Join Growing Roots this summer as an Assistant Teacher supporting our outdoor summer childcare program in Custer. We’re looking for a calm, observant, child-centered educator who values outdoor learning, strong relationships, and Montessori-inspired early childhood education.
Support Growing Roots as a substitute teacher with flexible hours and time commitments, helping provide a consistent, caring presence for children when coverage is needed. This role is a great fit for a dependable community member who is patient, responsible, and genuinely good with kids.
